Day01: Arrival to Lima- City Tour & Neighboring Ruins in Cusco.- Upon appropriate arrival time to Lima, you will have to take the flight straight to Cusco (Flight will be provided by South Adventure Peru Tours) Upon your arrival at the airport you will be carried to the selected Hotel TAIPIKALA www.taypikala.com 4****Accommodation 01 Matrimonial Room..Afternoon City tour for 3 hours through the beautiful Cusco city and its nearby ruins. The tour will show you the amazing colonial city built on the foundations of the Inca palaces. You will visit the Qoricancha or Temple of the Sun, where you can appreciate the incredible masonry of the Incas, The Plaza de Armas and The Cathedral with its carved woodworks, altars and paintings. Then you will be driven to The Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman, to the underground cave and temple of Kenko and to Tambomachay, known as the Baths of the Inca. Afternoon, you will come back to Cusco and transfer back to your Hotel in Cusco.Meals not included.
Day2: Cusco-Sacred Valley- Pisac Market and Ruins – Ollantaytambo- Chincheros- Cusco. Full day Sacred Valley excursion. 31 km (19 miles) far from Cusco is Pisac, at the entrance of the Sacred Valley. Visit the colorful market that on sundays, tuesdays and thursdays a craft fair took place where you can buy beautiful handicrafts and sourvenirs. The lunch will be served in a local restaurant. The tour continues towards Ollantaytambo, an archaeological site that the Incas built as a fort and includes a temple, agricultural terraces, and an urban area. There are two distinct sectors: Araqama Ayllu, the religious and worship zone, and Qosqo Ayllu, the residential area. Ollantaytambo was an important administrative center with probable military functions due to the walls and towers. There are also traces of ancient roads and aqueducts. The town of Ollantaytambo is called a Living-Inca-Town, since the inhabitants maintain very old practices and customs. Day03: 1 Day tour to Machupicchu by VISTADOME (Luxury train).- We will pick you from your Hotel between 5-5:30 pm to the train station of Poroy , the train leaves at 6:30 am After a 3 Hours / 30 Minutes journey of majestic views you arrive at Aguas Calientes (Hot Springs Town) where our tour Guide Will be waiting there , he will lead us to the bus station, to go up by a zigzag way for 30 minutes to reach the world wide marvel The Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, known as the lost city of the Incas. Once we get to Machu-Picchu, We'll pass through the control, where we'll hand in our entrance tickets and where our guided tour will start, visiting the main square, the Circular tower, the sacred solar watch, the royal rooms, the temple of the three windows and the cementeries, Our tour lasts around two hours,Afterwards you'll be given time enough to have a walk around the citadel and have your meals at any restaurant in Aguas Calientes ( Restaurant HATUCHAY TOWER ) In the afternoon, between 2:30 pm and 3:20 pm we'll return on train ( VISTADOME ) to Cusco, we'll be waiting for you at the train station and then we'll take you back to your hotel TAIPIKALA www.taypikala.com 4**** Accommodation 01 Matrimonial Room.Meals included: Breakfast in your Hotel and Buffet Lunch at Hatuchay Tower in Aguas Calientes
