Our City Tour of Lima is the ideal introduction to see and learn more about the so called City of Kings. This is fantastic tour that shows the city gorgeously illuminated with a fantastic colonial architecture. Here you will receive enlightening insights into Lima's history as you stroll around its main colonial buildings. We end up our tour visiting the Magic Water Circuit of Lima, a fantastic place with impressive fountains that combine movement, lights, sounds and images. It is the largest water fountain compound in the world, certified by Guinness World Records. A nice place to visit while in Lima, it offers quite a different kind of attraction. The park has thirteen water fountains, some of them surprisingly.
Description of our City tour by Night of Lima.-
18:00 h. You will be picked up from your hotel by our local representative. Afterwards we will take a tourist vehicle and will head towards the heart of the city to visit its colonial site. Once we get there we will start a gentle walking tour that will take us to see panoramically various colonial building perfectly illuminated. Among them stand out; The Paseo de la Republica (Promenade of the Republic), San Martin Square and the Plaza Mayor (Main Square of Lima), with their different buildings: Government Palace, Archibishop's Palace, the Basilica Cathedral and the Municipal Palace.
Later on we will go to visit the Magic Water circuit located in the historic Reserve Park. At the park our local guide will take us to see the most impressive fountains and will provide with an insight into the history of the park. Among the fountains stand out the Tunnel of Surprises where you are allowed to walk through, the Labyrinth of Dreams Fountain, the Fountain of Life, The Fountain of Illusion, the Magical Fountain and the Fountain of Fantasy that hosts a colorful laser light program complete with music and projected images. The movement of the fountains and program lasts for around 30 minutes and feature melodious sounds and music that reveal Peruvian identify. Besides the schedule light and water shows, there are interactive fountains where children of all ages can run into and enjoy the cooling waters. Finally we will take you back to your hotel.

What you need to bring / Carry:
- Day backpack just for minimum personal things
- Rain gear to protect you from rain (June to Octuber)
- Aprópiate shoes for walk
- Extra warm clothes for some cold morning or afternoons
- Bottle of water
- Hat or cap to protect you from the sun, someday will be warm (December to April)
- Sun block (sun protection cream)
- Camera, plenty of film and spare batteries.
On this tour you must bring warm clothing, as the weather in Lima used to be very cold, especially in winter time (from June to September) when temperatures drop fast in the afternoon and nights are very cold. If traveling during summer time (December to March) light clothing is fine. Also bring a hut and sunglasses.
